ARTISTIC/EXECUTIVE POSITIONS

Artistic Director/Founder, Seven Devil's Playwrights Conference ( McCall , Idaho ), 2001-present

Annual Conference that invites writers, actors, director and dramaturgs from around the country to spend two weeks developing and presenting new works in McCall, Idaho. Conference that has developed more than 60 new American plays (27 by Idaho high school students) since 2001. Recipient of grants from the NEA, Idaho Commission on the Arts and A.K. Starr Foundation among others. Program is featured in Michael Wright's 2005 book "Playwriting: At Work and Play." www.sevendevils.org

Associate Director, Mint Theater Company, 1999- 2002

Award-winning Off-Broadway Theater Company. Position involved development, marketing, grant-writing and box office responsibilities, as well as artistic and budget issues.
